The Senior Marketing Specialist is primarily responsible for using data extraction tools such as SQL Server Management Studio, Power BI, and Excel to implement risk and quality management process monitoring for the Written Communications Marketing team. The Senior Specialist builds and runs reports to ensure process accuracy and transparency in capturing issues, trends, and opportunities. The Senior Specialist also works closely with members of the team and other departments to optimize existing process controls, conducting root cause analysis in existing data observations, or implementing new monitoring controls where necessary.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain monitoring reports and analytical tools to ensure accuracy, identify trends / issues / opportunities. 60%
- Develop and implement process controls to ensure business processes are performing as expected. 20%
- Make recommendations to improve business processes. 10%
- Perform ad hoc data extraction, analyses, and segmentations as required. 10%
