O objetivo da função passa por gerir o portfólio de NPL (Non Performing Loans) – Unsecured – com especial foco na recuperação de valores de forma amigável, com o intuito de cumprir os objetivos e o plano estratégico da empresa.
Key Accountabilities & Responsibilities
- Analisar e gerir um portfolio de NPL aplicando a estratégia definida internamente para proceder à recuperação de valores;
- Comunicar com os clientes, ou outros, no sentido de recuperar os valores em dívida;
- Rever e estruturar modos de pagamento;
- Atualizar o estado das diversas contas no sistema interno da empresa;
- Gerir todas as comunicações com os clientes;
- Assistir e ajudar nas due diligence de potenciais aquisições;
- Elaborar relatórios/reports para apoiar o desempenho/produtividade do negócio.
Person specification:
- Minino 12º Ano, Grau de Licenciatura (preferível);
- Irás fazer parte de uma equipa sénior de recuperação de dívida/crédito: experiência nesta área da recuperação de crédito é um fator obrigatório;
- Experiência em gerir NPL – Non-Performing Loans.

- Criador de relações interpessoais e capaz de trabalhar em equipa;
- Conhecimento e compreensão da língua inglesa;
- Conhecimentos informáticos de Microsoft Office na ótica do utilizador.
