Account Manager

ILCC ART Team is a consumer facing function where the ART Representative is responsible for handling consumer queries related to their accounts via Phones (100%) channel. Their primary responsibility is to cater to the inquiries that consumers/third party’s raise regarding their accounts and transferring the collectable accounts to Collection team via phone calls. Not only this they also answer queries related to dispute, closed accounts, paid letter, judgements, liens, which needs a lot of interaction with the internal Teams.
