Responsibilities
Development and deployment of online courses and curriculum for a variety of roles.

Work with teammates to develop & curate e-learning courses, learning paths and learning solutions against an ambitious competency matrix.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

EXPERIENCE: 1-2 years of professional experience in creating content for corporate audience.

  • Interacts effectively and coordinates with various service teams to ensure 100% adherence to the stakeholder deadlines
  • The role requires someone who can manage number of concurrent activities, with strong multi-tasking, prioritization, organizational and time management skills Proficient in design tools and is aware of new design techniques and tools that can substantially improve the learning and/ or visual appeal of the eLearning course
