Responsibilities

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented RPA Intern to join our team. As an RPA Intern, you will support the design, development, testing, and deployment of automated solutions using Robotic Process Automation tools. This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a rapidly growing field while contributing to real-world automation initiatives.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, ABILITIES, AND OTHER ATTRIBUTES:

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Basic understanding of programming concepts (e.g., Python, Java, .NET, or VB).
  • Familiarity with RPA tools such as UiPath, Automation Anywhere, or Blue Prism (preferred but not required).
  • Good problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
  • Understanding of workflow-based logic.
  • Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
  • Superior time and project management skills.
  • Ability to present technical details to non-technical audiences.
  • Excellent problem solving/analytical skills and complex troubleshooting methods.
  • Ability to work through ambiguous situations.
  • Excellent presentation, verbal, and written communication skills.
  • Self-motivated, able to work independently, and able to take initiative without always being directed.
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment and prioritize the most critical tasks and projects.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in identifying processes suitable for automation.
  • Develop and maintain RPA bots under the guidance of senior developers.
  • Support testing, troubleshooting, and debugging of RPA workflows.
  • Document workflows, process changes, and technical specifications.
  • Collaborate with business analysts, developers, and other stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver solutions.
  • Perform the design, build and testing of business applications and architecture in line with agreed time frames, business requirements and global standards.
  • Advise Customers on a variety of business process services that help identify, assess, manage and measure the organization's capabilities
  •  Work on moderate complex RPA projects, collaborating with Colleagues to understand business processes quickly, and recommend solutions.
