Responsibilities

Employment Terms: Responsible for owning modification and maintenance of software applications with large scope. Will work across the IT function on different projects including analysis and design.

Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and enhance software applications under the supervision of a manager or technical lead. (65%)
  • Participate in other application development projects, as assigned. (20%)
  • Other application development projects, as assigned. (10%)
  • Perform other duties, as assigned. (5%)

Minimum Requirements:

Education:

  • Bachelor's degree in Technology/Engineering or a similar field.

Experience:

  • 5-7 years of professional experience with a minimum of 5 years of Pega development experience.
  • Well versed with SDLC, Production support and deployment.

Knowledge, Skills, Abilities, and Other Attributes:

  • Understanding of Agile (Scrum) project management methodology and Test-Driven Development.
  • Strong communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

Education:

  • Master's or Advanced degree in Technology/Engineering or an equivalent field.

Experience:

  • Hands on experience of Constellation
  • Worked on Pega CS frame

Knowledge, Skills, Abilities, and Other Attributes:

  • Pega Customer Service (CS) and Constellation experience is a plus.
