Responsibilities

Applicants must have current authorization to work in the United States on a full-time basis.

The Compensation Analyst is responsible for implementing and administering compensation process and programs that assist the company in attracting, retaining and motivating top talent while ensuring alignment with our business goals and compliance with regulatory requirements. May also assist in the design and development of new programs and processes.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Supports and administers compensation processes , i.e., annual compensation planning, mid-year promotion cycle, salary survey submission, performance bonus plan accruals, compliance tracking, etc.

Conducts market analyses and benchmarking studies to evaluate compensation program competitiveness to the market.

Conducts job evaluations, reviews external market data and internal pay equity and processes pay changes in Workday.

Processes compensation inquiries regarding compensation processes, procedures and policies received through ticketing system or email in accordance with established SOPs and standard response times.

Audits and maintains employee pay data in Workday.

Recommends, researches, and implements process improvements for compensation programs and procedures. Partners with various HR teams and leadership to provide guidance on compensation processes, procedures, and policies.

Directly supports the TA team in evaluating and approving offers in Workday.

Performs other duties as assigned.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

EDUCATION:  Bachelor's                 FIELD OF STUDY:  Human Resources, Business

EXPERIENCE:  2+ years

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, ABILITIES, AND OTHER ATTRIBUTES:

  • Knowledge of applicable HR laws and regulations, including FLSA.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, and PowerPoint), strong Excel skills required.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to think critically, analyze complex problems, and exercise judgment in evaluation to formulate creative solutions.
  • Ability to effectively collaborate with people at all levels of an organization.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

EDUCATION:  Bachelor's                 FIELD OF STUDY:  Human Resources, Business

CERTIFICATION(S):  Certified Compensation Profession (CCP), Global Remuneration Professional (GRP)

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, ABILITIES, AND OTHER ATTRIBUTES:

  • Workday advanced compensation and reporting experience.
  • Hands-on experience with multi-factor regression analysis.
  • Strong data analytics experience.
  • Project management  - Ability to manage projects and processes from start to finish
  • Ability to effectively collaborate with people at all levels of an organization.
  • Experience building tools in Excel to simplify and automate processes.

Starting Compensation

Annual Salary: $66,200.00 - $86,000.00 (Amount based on office location, relevant experience, skills, and competencies)
