Responsibilities

The LC Program Manager is responsible for supporting the overall Legal Collection channel’s operations and promoting a culture of compliance in line with MCM’s Requirements. The primary responsibilities of this role are to execute on and maintain programs and processes that are lower in complexity and/or size for Legal Collections. This role involves independently operating multiple programs, processes, and business interactions simultaneously.

This role will be required to use independent decision making to execute on all components of multiple department-level programs that are lower in complexity and/or size (which entails routine problems, well known standard procedures and practices.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Execute on all components of multiple department-level programs that are lower in complexity and/or size (which entails routine problems; well know standard procedures and practices) and recommendation for continued enhancements across a network of external suppliers and internal stakeholders. 50%


Interactions with key business, legal & compliance stakeholders, external law firms/agencies 20%


Assist with department level strategic initiatives on an as needed basis 20%


Perform other duties, as assigned. 10%

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

EDUCATION:  Associate's 

  • 2+ years of relevant business operations experience,
  • Strong PowerPoint, Word, Outlook and Excel skills required
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, ABILITIES, AND OTHER ATTRIBUTES:

  • Ability to multitask and keep track of multiple commitments; planning, attention to details, ability to adapt to change and operate in the high-pace/quality/output team
  • Good problem solving and collaboration skills.
  • Business and analytical skills to assist in identifying, establishing, and executing against business related priorities.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

EDUCATION:  Bachelor's 

  • business operations experience in a highly  regulated industry; preferably financial services;
  • experience with ADA, FCRA, FDCPA, EFTA, TCPA, GLBA, SCRA, UDAAP, particularly as applied to debt servicing and collections
  • Prior Project management experience is preferred

CERTIFICATION(S):  Financial services

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, ABILITIES, AND OTHER ATTRIBUTES:

  • Knowledge of compliance requirements, particularly as applied to debt servicing and collections

Starting Compensation

Annual Salary: $68,640.00 - $73,699.00 (Amount based on office location, relevant experience, skills, and competencies)
