The Process Excellence Manager is an Individual Contributor position responsible for supporting the Strategy & Analytics department.

This role will identify and address process and system inefficiencies, drive the implementation of fixes and enhancements, and develop program policies and procedures.

This position requires strong relationship management skills to ensure processes are effectively implemented and regularly updated to internal and external stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Identifies process/system shortfalls and manages the creation of fixes and enhancements. 55%
• Helps to create program policies and procedures. 20%
• Creates, cultivates and manages relationships across the organization to ensure current processes work as defined. 10%
• Maintains related documentation. 10%
• Provides regular updates on process integrity and performance to internal and external partners (as required). 5%

Requirements:

Technical Skills

Required: Basic SQL proficiency (fluently read and understand SQL scripts)

Preferred: Advanced SQL proficiency (writing complex SQL scripts from scratch)

PC Skills

Required: Strong proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Power Point, Outlook, Word), Visio and SharePoint Lists

Preferred: Power Query, Power BI, MS Project, Power Automate

Education
Required: Degree: Bachelor's; Field of Study: Business, Industrial Engineering or equivalent

Language
Required: English Advanced

Experience

Required: 1 - 3 years experience in a process improvement and/or project management role, or equivalent education and experience

Preferred: 1 - 3 years experience in a process improvement and/or project management role in a financial services related field

Process/Project Management Skills

Required: Strong experience in process improvement methodologies and tools (Lean Six Sigma) and project management (PMP, Agile)

Preferred: Certified in Lean Six Sigma (Green Belt) and/or Project Management (PMP, Agile-PMP)
