Responsibilities

PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES

Core responsibilities: 70%

a.    Collect, analyze, and interpret data to identify trends and improvement opportunities

b.    Analyze data and prepare reports & dashboards to support decision-making.

c.    Should be able to create presentations for effective storytelling. 

d.    Work closely with internal teams & leadership, including Operations, Quality, and IT, to implement improvement initiatives.

e.    Participate in cross-functional meetings and contribute to problem-solving discussions.

f.    Assist in identifying inefficiencies in operational processes and suggest improvements.

Adhoc responsibilities: 30%

a.    Assist in executing process improvement projects and initiatives.

b.    Support project documentation, including Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and workflows.

c.    Monitor project progress and ensure timely execution of improvement initiatives.

d.    Support training and change management efforts to drive adoption of new processes.

e.    Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and process metrics

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

EDUCATION:  Bachelor's                  FIELD OF STUDY:  Any

EXPERIENCE:  Collections / Should have worked in multiple workgroups

CERTIFICATION(S):  FDCPA, State Laws, Collections Concepts and practices; Knowledge of Sailors and Soldiers Relief Act and other relevant compliance information.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, ABILITIES, AND OTHER ATTRIBUTES

a. Critical thinking and problem solving: Given the nature of the work that we do, the candidate should be able to provide critical thinking and a resolution to stakeholder queries.

b .Change management: This candidate should be able to focus on the people side of change, including changes to business processes, systems and technology and organization structures. The responsibilities include creating and implementing change management strategies and plans that maximize the output of the quality function.

c. Support communication efforts: Support the design, development, delivery and management of communications.

d.The candidate should be able to liaise with stakeholders across the sites to periodically share the best practices observed in the US and CR sites.

EXPERIENCE:  Well versed with Operational procedures and metrices

•    Should be able to identify trends and patterns on any given set of data.
•    Advance Excel knowledge
