Sr. Specialist/ Assistant Manager, Benefits

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Sr. Specialist OR Assistant Manager –Benefits to support, communication, and administration of employee benefits programs. This role manages vendor relationships and supports the overall employee experience by providing best-in-class benefits services.
• Administer and manage employee benefits programs including health insurance, wellness, leave management, life insurance plans. 25% • Support annual benefits renewal, benchmarking, and cost analysis in coordination with external consultants and internal stakeholders. 25% • Ensure accurate and timely processing of benefits data for payroll, new hires, exits, and employee life cycle changes. 25% • Resolve employee queries related to benefits programs through effective communication and coordination with vendors and internal teams. 25%
EXPERIENCE: Proficiency in MS Excel, HRIS tools, and benefits management platforms.
Excellent communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills. High attention to detail, analytical thinking, and a proactive approach.
Responsible for Benefits Administration and Analytics, including dashboards, to support data-driven decision making and process efficiency.”
