Onboarding Coordinator

What you can expect as an Onboarding Coordinator:
Salary of £25,396.80
Contract/Secondment until end of September, 2026

We’re looking for an Onboarding Coordinator to provide proactive support to external candidates and internal colleagues across the Cabot Credit Management Group. This role is key to delivering a smooth and engaging onboarding experience, working within defined HR service level agreements to ensure a first-class service. If you're passionate about creating positive first impressions and thrive in a fast-paced, people-focused environment, we’d love to hear from you.
Key responsibilities include:
Deliver proactive onboarding support to new starters and internal colleagues across the CCM Group.
Complete pre-employment screening and reference checks in line with company and client SLAs.
Maintain accurate employee records and ensure data integrity within the People System.
Coordinate onboarding logistics with IT, Facilities, and L&D teams.
Support client audits by preparing and providing required documentation.
Act as a brand ambassador, ensuring a positive onboarding experience.
Assist with contracts, new starter paperwork, and general HR admin support.
