Wescot Credit Services are on the lookout for a Welsh-Speaking Customer Consultants to join one of our outsource campaigns starting 19th January 2026.

  • Salary: Up to £26,313.14 (based on 40 hrs per week) depending on experience
  • Hours: Option to choose from a 37.5 or 40 hour contact
  • Shifts: We are open Monday – Friday between 8.30am – 6.30pm and Saturdays 8.30am – 1pm. You will work on a rotational shift pattern within those hours which include 1 in 3 Saturdays, but don’t worry we’ll give you a day off during the week prior to your Saturday shifts. 
  • Remote Training: 3 weeks with a dedicated L&D Trainer supporting you.
  • Fully remote working
  • 31 days holiday (pro rata) - including all bank holidays.

We are looking for team players who matches our enthusiasm, work ethic and our outlook to 5-star customer service to be the first point of contact in supporting Welsh-Speaking customers in their preferred language.

As a Customer Consultant at Wescot you will:

  • Handle inbound and outbound calls in both Welsh and English, you’ll spot patterns and identify potentially vulnerable customers.
  • Use active listening skills to support our customers to achieve financial wellbeing.
  • Have empathy and resilience, be comfortable talking about difficult subjects and be able to deliver tailored solutions with care.
  • Have great attention to detail and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment.
